Hilary Erhard Duff (born September 28, 1987) is an American actress, singer, songwriter, fashion designer, and spokesperson.
After gaining fame for her starring role on the television show Lizzie McGuire, Duff went on to have a film career, and her most commercially successful pictures include Cheaper by the Dozen (2003), The Lizzie McGuire Movie (2003), and A Cinderella Story (2004). Duff has expanded her repertoire into pop music, with three RIAA certified-platinum albums and over 13 million albums sold worldwide, and she has launched a clothing line (Stuff by Hilary Duff) and an exclusive perfume with Elizabeth Arden.
Her upcoming films include the 2007 action thriller War, Inc. and animated comedy Foodfight!. Duff's latest studio album, Dignity, was released in April 2007.
The first pic is a perfect representation of the 'new' Hilary look that I find so sexy. She was never big on my list but after seeing the pic posted by taipan of her in those black knee highs on the staircase she has really caught my eye.

nice to see you here HM. I know there were a lot of members on the board that didnt like the new Hilary look, I was one of the ones who did and still love it. She looke marvelous, almost as good as her sister. Speaking of which she deserves to be here as well
I hadn't realised she had caused such a fuss with our members. As someone wrote elsewhere, she's not 13 anymore. She's still quite young, and trying to find her identity. She also seems quite sensible, and I wouldn't think she would go down the same path as Britney. She seems more stylish than that!
no no lets hope she doesnt go down the Britney Spears road to ruin.
